We’re dumping 50 tonnes of real snow on The Richmond Inn from Monday 4th – Sunday 10th July. You won’t want to miss this!
Brought to you by the team behind Greenwood Hotel‘s Snow Festival, comes Richmond’s first taste of winter fun. Jam-packed with school holiday fun, DJ gigs, snow cannons, giveaways, drink specials, movies, and more, let us transport you to a winter wonderland, right in our own backyard.
Running out of ideas to keep the kids busy this school holidays? Look no further than Snow Festival! Bring the kids down to The Richmond Inn for a play in the snow, free lolly bags, snow cones, winter movies and more! Plus, we’re extending Kids Eat Free to Monday-Thursday from 5pm for Snow Festival!
Is school a thing of the past for you? Don’t worry we’ve got a full line up of activities for the big kids too. Whether you’re into cosy cocktails, DJs or shot skis, we’ll keep the spirits high while the temperatures are low!
Snow Festival Events
Whether you’re partial to a snowball fight, making a snowman, tobogganing or snow angel-ing, join us for a snow day as we dump 50 tonnes of snow on The Richmond Inn, this July.
Joining us during the day? Get set for snow cones and free lolly bags for the little ones. Joining us at night? Watch as our car park lights up for the ultimate nighttime winter experience.
School Holiday Fun!
Build A Snowman And WIN!
Have you got what it takes to build Richmond’s best snow man? Be in the running to win the ultimate kids hamper valued at $500!
All you need to do is get your parents to snap a picture of your marvellous creation and tag @richmondinnnsw on socials for your chance to win.

Winter Movies
Join us from Monday 4th to Saturday 10th for winter movies in the Homestead. Cosy up with a hot chocolate and catch some of our favourite frosty flicks.

Kids Eat Free
Join us from 5pm Monday 4th to Thursday 7th July, and treat the kids to pub feed on the house! Warm their bellies with a hearty meal after a day out in the snow. Plus, keep your eyes peeled for frosty the snow man!
One free kids meal valid with the purchase of one full-priced adult main.
Face Painting & Balloon Twisting
Wed 6th July, 4-7pm
Whether you want to be just like Jack Frost, Elsa, a penguin or polar bear, join us for face painting and balloon twisting in the Homestead from 4-7pm.
Saturday Snow Fun
Sat 9th July 1-4pm
Make Saturday a snow day! Join us from 1pm for face painting, balloon twisting, arts and crafts, Happy Feet on the big screen and a special appearance from The Balloon Princess! Enjoy snow cones, hot chocolates, Olaf ice creams, show bags and of course… 50 tonnes of real snow!

Frozen Family Takeover

It wouldn’t be a Snow Festival without a celebration of everyone’s favourite winter movie – Frozen! Come dressed as your favourite Frozen character, and join us for face painting, balloon twisting, appearances from your favourite Frozen characters and Frozen movies. Plus, receive a free Olaf ice cream with the purchase of every kids meal.

Fri 8th July, 7-10pm
Don your ugliest winter sweaters and join us for Canadian Club’s Ugly Sweater Party! Snap a pic in our life-size snow globe, catch a killer line up of local DJs, and have a good old boogie under our snow cannons.
We’re slinging $8 Canadian Club & Dry & 2 for $22 Vodka Red Bulls.
