Caitlin has over 10 years of experience in hospitality and has been working with the Tilley and Wills Hotel group for the last 4 years since arriving in Australia. When the lure of beautiful Richmond, and the opportunity to own a horse just down the road became too much for her, she uprooted from metro Sydney and moved to Richmond. Now a member of the local community, Caitlin pours an excellent pint, and can be found playing polo in her downtime.
